Our Story

Travel should feel extraordinary.
Planning it shouldn't feel exhausting.

Immortal Vacations was built for travelers who love incredible experiences but do not want to spend their nights comparing hundreds of hotels, ships, suites and itineraries.

Where It Started

My dad loves to travel.
He doesn't love planning travel.

He loves discovering somewhere new, spending time with family, experiencing great hotels, cruises, restaurants and destinations, and coming home with stories we'll talk about for years.

What he doesn't love is everything that comes before it. The hundreds of hotels. The endless room categories. The cruise ships that all look surprisingly similar until you spend six hours comparing them. The reviews, transfers, excursions, flights, restaurants, packages and dozens of little decisions hiding between "we should take a trip" and actually leaving home.

So over the years, I became the person who handled it.

The Method

Start with the traveler.
Not the destination.

Instead of handing my dad a hundred possibilities, I learned to start by asking better questions.

  • What kind of trip do you want this time?
  • What matters most?
  • What did you love about the last one?
  • What would make this trip feel special?
  • Where is it worth spending more?

Doing The Work

I went into the weeds
so he didn't have to.

I'd research the destinations, compare the ships and resorts, dig through room categories, study locations, evaluate the tradeoffs, and coordinate the details.

Instead of overwhelming him with everything that existed, I'd come back with a few options that actually made sense for him and our family.

Aidan Scheinfeld

Aidan built Immortal around a simple idea: travelers should get the benefit of deep research without having to do all of it themselves. He works directly with clients through discovery, research, curation, booking coordination and trip support, with particular experience in luxury cruises, premium resorts and tailored leisure travel.

The goal is the same one that started Immortal in the first place: understand what matters, narrow the noise, coordinate the details and make the trip feel easy.
