Instead of sorting through hundreds of options, you get recommendations built around how you want to travel, plus a real person helping organize the trip and supporting you around the booking. Through the booking volume and supplier relationships behind our agency network, we may also have access to preferred rates, added incentives, amenities or offers that are not always available through public booking channels. Availability varies by supplier and trip, but when there is an advantage available, we look for it.

No. Our planning services are complimentary. We are paid by hotels, cruise lines and travel suppliers, not by you. There are no hidden planning fees for using our expertise.

Every trip is matched to your priorities, travel style and budget. Those are our core specialties, not a limitation. Yes. Depending on the trip, we can help coordinate flights, cruises, hotels, transfers, tours, excursions, dining, spa appointments and travel insurance so the pieces work together as one organized trip.

We ask for at least two weeks of lead time whenever possible so we have enough room to research, compare and coordinate the trip thoughtfully. For many land vacations, 3 to 6 months can work well, while 6 to 12 months often gives you a stronger selection for cruises, suites and high-demand travel. If your needs are more urgent, please let us know. We are happy to see what can still be put together based on availability.

Yes. We can help with family trips, friend groups, destination celebrations, reunions, bachelor or bachelorette travel, group cruises and other trips where multiple travelers need one coordinated plan.

We stay involved. Immortal is built around a white-glove level of service before, during and after your trip. Before departure, we help keep the important details organized, coordinate the pieces we are managing, and provide reminders and guidance. While you are traveling, you have a real person to contact if something comes up instead of starting from zero with a generic booking website. After you return, we want to hear what worked, what you loved and what we should remember for the next escape.
